1. As-Is Service Provision

SecWarn is provided as-is for scam detection, security awareness, and indicator verification purposes. While we continuously refine our threat rules, SecWarn does not guarantee that all scams will be detected or that all flagged items are actual scams.

2. Operating Boundaries

• SecWarn provides warnings and recommendations; it cannot block or modify banking transactions, reverse payments, or stop third-party apps from delivering notifications.
• SecWarn is not a substitute for standard financial caution or direct verification with official institutions.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription purchases (SecWarn Pro / Family) are billed and processed exclusively through Google Play and remain subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. Managing, pausing, or cancelling recurring subscriptions must be done directly within the Google Play Store.
